Very pleased with Service Express from their responsiveness and professionalism we received. The first call they were able to get the old (24 years) furnace running again so that we had heat and scheduled replacement for the next day. Installers were great and made sure everything was clean before leaving. Again very please with Service Express and would highly recommend them.

We love the new AC unit that’s recommended by them. It’s quiet and doesn’t take long to cool down the whole house where as the old unit would run all day. I can see it’s much energy efficient. The installation crew were right in time and did a fantastic job. Very tidy and courteous. I would recommend their service to friends and family in a heart beat! Job well done guys!!! Paul checked the system on Thursday night at 8pm and the circuit board of the heating system needed to be replaced under warranty. He came back the next morning, replaced it with a new thermostat. Now, the furnace is like new and I can walk around the house with my shorts on.
